BRAMBLE FOODS is a family-run business, set up in 2008 by brothers, Nigel and Tony Foster, Chris Neville and Ken Osborne.
The Foster family has been in the food manufacture and distribution business since the 1970s, starting in south Leicestershire with a single van, selling biscuits to the independent retailer.
More than forty years on, Nigel and Tony are the second generation of Fosters to head up one of the country’s leading suppliers of ambient foods, employing over 100 local people (a handful of whom have worked for the Fosters since the early days).
Bramble Foods currently operates over two sites in Market Harborough. The head office and on-site bakery are on Crosby Road, while the manufacture of jams and chutneys takes place across town at the jammery at Riverside End.
In our on-site bakery, we love to bake, making many a cake-lover happy with our dedication to baking some of the UK’s finest traditional cakes and tray bakes. Our loyal team of Master Bakers are keen to deliver product excellence and innovation and are proud of every cake we bake.
Over at our jammery, we take pride in preserving nature’s best, making a fabulous range of preserves, pickles and chutneys. Our experienced team of ‘Jammers’ develops original, award-winning recipes to suit all palates, sourcing all our ingredients with great care to ensure our jars are bursting with that unmistakable homemade taste.
