Following the successful launch of our range of vegan loaf cakes, we are delighted to announce our competitively priced, single portion vegan cake slices. Each countertop display box comes with 18 slices of the ever-popular Cherry Madeira, Lemon Drizzle and Spice Fruit cake, each individually wrapped to stay moist and fresh. Perfect to sell alongside your other cakes, by the tills or in your cafe or restaurant.
Introducing our daring range of pouring sauces… perfect for the BBQ. Our six new sauces range from 0/5 to 5/5 on the spicy heat scale, so there’s something for everyone. We start with our gloriously sophisticated take on tomato ketchup, made with sun dried tomatoes to add a Mediterranean twist. The remaining five sauces each have a variety of chilli and alcoholic spirit. We travel across the Atlantic with our smoky blueberry and Bourbon ketchup, spiced up with a touch of chipotle. Then we come to the ultimate brown sauce! What makes this so special is just the right amount of birds eye chillies. Use in place of your usual brand and your taste buds will be dancing. At 3/5 on the spicy scale comes our margarita ketchup, made with limes, jalapenos and tequila. Stir it into smashed avocado or pour on kebabs to add a spicy, citrus lift. Our rum-infused Caribbean BBQ sauce will transport you to the West Indies with a sweet mustardy everyday condiment that goes with absolutely everything, pepped up with a healthy dose of scotch bonnet chillies. Finally, our Hellfire Bloody Mary ketchup is full of flavour and packs a punch, with the unmistakable flavours of the classic cocktail. Not for the faint hearted.
Our Master Bakers have been toiling away and have come up with something quite superb. Putting a new spin on the classic jam cake, we pour a generous swirl of our own jam onto the batter before we bake the cake. The result is a light, moist sponge with an intensely jammy surprise in every mouthful. Our January 2021 brochure features four magic combinations: Strawberry Jam and Madeira Sponge, Cherry Jam and Almond Flavoured Sponge, Lemon Curd and Zesty Lemon Sponge, Caramel Sauce and Chocolate Sponge. Delicious!
2021 is the year that keeps on giving! Bramble Foods is particularly excited about their launch of this new Gourmet Confectionery range. Golden Peanut Brittle, Real Fruit Jellies, Milk Chocolate Honeycomb, Crumbly Salted Caramel Fudge and Crumbly Clotted Cream Fudge. The packaging has been designed by our in-house team and looks pretty amazing, even if we do say so ourselves. Perfect for gifting, all year round.
Fresh off our packaging designer’s art table are these very cool campers. You can choose from three cleverly designed cardboard boxes in the shape of the ever-popular camper van, filled with everyone’s favourite… clotted cream fudge. The boxes are so cool it would be a shame to hide them in a cupboard. And they are re-usable, too. In fact, how can you pick just one? Get all three. Cowabunga!

Start your day with a bowl of fruity granola and natural yoghurt… or a classic muesli.
